Nedbank home insurance poor service very poor .....
I lodged a home insurance claim last year and been making follow up calls I did not help, I called them many times this year still no help, they promise to resolve the matter then go quiet till i call again . The consultants i spoke to were all not helpful to me. it is frustrating pay for a service and receive no help, i feel like all my monthly payments from 2017 till to day was a waste of resources.......very very very poor service from Nedbank home insurance.

Bad service
Telkom is Sh*t. My devices have been offline for two weeks now I can't make calls and cannot access data. I paid R2000 and end of this month they will debit another but no service. Telkom is very useless. I can't waitbto see Telkom collapse like dstv they take their clients for granted.

Selling lies dnt keep promises
They promised me that premiums decreases every month, I have been with them for two years and have never claimed anything from them. To my surprise my premiums increased by more than R300 without notice to explain the reasons. I feel like they are selling us lies.

Poor service by telkom and worse product by Acer
I bought a new laptop (acer) the system is very bad it takes for ever to opne and all system are very slowly and cannot open apps . This is a worse laptop I have ever come across in my life. I took it to telkom they do not want to exchange it or fix it. Poor service by telkom and worse product by Acer.

Bad service
Bought a laptop on contract it stopped working within a week. I took it back they told me they are aware of the problem it is with the software I must call the company that deal with software they will come fix it. It is a new laptop. I need it at work now I must be the one arranging with some software company to fix it.

Guard risk insurance a big scam.
I have been with guard risk insurance for 10yrs now I want to claim they are telling me I am not insured with them they are just an underwriter they are sending me to Africa direct. My payslip days guard risk with ref no. I feel like they are misleading ppl. Pls cancel the policies you have with them move to outsurance sanlam liberty discovery etc guard risk a big scam.
