After very bad and harrasment service from a well known panelbeater my insurance company reported the incident on various platforms, and directed me to A TRUSTWORTHY HONEST BEST QUALITY SERVICE PANELBEATERS S T A T U S PANELBEATERS IN PORT SHEPSTONE. After S I S months of disputes and damaging the inside of my car on Purpose by the previous PANELBEATERS, my car is now THANKS TO STATUS PANELBEATERS restored to what it was. JUST a top, AVOID BP PETROL STATION IN RAMSGATE, THAT'S WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED!!!
Takealot is also not what it used to be. When they owe you a refund they pull one trick after the other and make it as complicated and most user unfriendly to play for time as long as possible TO NOT REFUND YOU. This last situation convinced me NEVER TO MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES EVER. Try to get hold of them and see for yourself. It's NOT about customer satisfaction IT'S ABOUT THE MONEY MONEY MONEY.....

I ordered products MARKED FOR URGENT DELIVERY Sunday night. Monday morn first thing got a bank notification for R2000+....products. not a smartie box size or 1 bottle of vitamins R2000+ The client complaint it is Friday I PROMISED Wednesday latest BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY DAME ON!!! WHEN I KNOW LOST MY MARBLES AND CALLED the pathetic voice and answer came, "we don't know who processed the order, we don't know which courier, we can't track any courier, maybe d courier lost d parcel. DISGUSTING S H A M E to say the least!! If you can't read or write or process, don't come to class, BECAUSE CLEARLY you only go to office for a paycheck month end and definitely NO IDEA TO DO THE JOB you get paid for. Now let me teach you basic manners and business etiquette.....you will get your CEO to call this client and explain and apologize for incompetence at the store and you will deliver that product before office close today, on their FARM, from where they travelled 2times to town and back, and still have no product. Get people to do the job correctly or you will on the long term suffer the consequences......
It is RIDICULOUS that e v e r y order I ad a distributor order is a fiasco. YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERY THING!!!! FROM THE MOMENT YOU order AND THE STILL RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER. MY GOODNESS Please employ people who can read THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!
TELKOM BECAUSE if INCOMPETENT staff caused my INTERNET to be disconnected. It is a week now of LIES, EMPTY PROMISES, NO SERVICE, NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE AT 039 315 6483. The account holder who puts their bread on the table get no service no respect NO CREDIT FOR DISCONNECTED A WEEK because the don't have a person with the knowledge to fix it

I requested a quote from Windovert ZIB INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, Margate, after a windstorm damaged my Carport Shade net. Jaco and I both inspected the Shade net and there was ONLY the loose front seam and a small cut on top WHERE 2 construction parts joined. Jaco said no problem they can remove the shadenet and ONLY have it stitched and patch the top cut piece. Then reinstall it again. R2875.00 He said a week at most. He send it in Monday and depending on receiving it, if a Friday fix it the Monday if receiving it Monday then Tuesday. They never updated me, I had to make a call 3 times. They did not make a note, it was NOT IMPORTANT, maybe that is why they ALSO not updated me. When the Net was eventually fitted after 2 weeks, there was a slit on the other side that was fixed by hand. Handstitced. It looks horrible and is now easy for further damage. After quoting for the insurance, and I've send the quote and received payment, Jaco called and said if I pay another R1000 he can order a brand new Net. I explained I am a pensioner and don't have that kind of money. He said okay R800. I declined. He is in the business at the COAST, I retired recently, WHY DID HE NOT ADVISE ME TO REPLACE THE NET WITH A NEW NET from the start! Now attack to defend himself saying he told me the Net is already 4 years, I should have ordered a new net. He don't want to have a unhappy customer, so I can decide if and how much of the balance I want to pay. Penny wise pound foolish, as that damaged part will sooner than later cost me another fortune. This time I will order direct from the manufacturer and cut out the middleman. Pensioners on the South Coast learn from this and don't fall in the same trap.
I buy soup packs with whole veggies on a regular basis from SPAR RAMSGATE. More than once there is rotten peels and "*** food" leaves and junk under the top veggies. So I went there with the evidence and a picture that 150g of the weight was "*** food"'....9.00 I. The MORNING and there is NOBODY with authority in the store. I NIW understand why they sell such junk to the public. We, the pensioners keep there CASH FLOW going all year round. They do not even have the decency to call you back. After taking all my details. The soup pack was packed IN STORE, NOT PRE PACKED BY A SUPPLIER. There Ramsgate Spar sticker was on the packaging. I HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER STORE to buy Ingredients for my soup. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service.
Is there an option for O star rating please. Momentum did not pay my monthly pension. Every person you call tell you a different lie. PLEASE DON'T UNDERESTIMATE MY INTELLIGENCE. A PERSON with NO authority insists my personal details which has NOTHING to do to transfer a call. Momentum ALSO don't respond to e mails. I REALLY am thinking of moving my investment somewhere else. Momentum attitude and service SUCK to say the least. Won't be surprised if they ALSO ignore this review.
What an absolutely disgusting nightmare dealing with JL Panelbeaters WHO used to be... one of the best Panelbeaters on the SOUTH COAST. On 5th of July my car was taken to JL Panelbeaters, it is N O W 3 MONTH'S LATER!!! And my insurance company is continuously fighting with them over bad workmanship. See my previous review. This time eventually after they had a SPECIALIST coming to Margate to do the paint job for the 4th time!!!! They then polished it to much on one tiny tiny spot. BUT it is going to RESULT in rust. ALSO WAS THE RADIO AERIAL *****ED OUT and they admit!!They removed it as a precaution measure not to get damaged. BUT NOW nobody know where the aerial is. They also DID NOT REPLACE a bracket between 2 panel's that got damaged while my car was with them. Really I'm still deciding is it incompetence or NO PROUD of jobs done or the classic example... thinking old pensioner ladies who has grey hair are dumb and a walk over. My insurance company is just as shocked as I am. If I had a husband who took my car back after the first shoddy job.. I guarantee there was no further complications down the line. So I decided it's disrespect because I am a single grey hair pensioner lady. Sadly this is a reality with more than one business on the South Coast. They have NO IDEA of the inconvenience their actions holds for single pensioners.
