<p>We have been customers of Pilot POS for almost a year, we spend a very nice amount with them every month and are happy with the product itself and the technicians (Although one call out will cost you 700+ without them even doing anything).</p> <p> </p> <p>The support however is APPALLING and some mornings your system will need a registration code that you have to call in for. Just to get hold of them takes a minimum of 20 minutes (I have been on the line for an hour before) and then you're greeted by people who will transfer you in circles or by people who honestly couldn't care less. The nicest part of Pilot is their sales team because they bring in the money.
