DO NOT BUY FROM COMPRESSED.COM!!!!!!
I placed an order for tights on 10 August and the site says you will wait 3-9 weeks. It is now over 3 months later and I still don't have my tights. I have emailed them persistently and I get useless responses if any. I just want my money bac****

ATROCIOUS SERVICE. ROBBED OF DATA.
<p>I'm not often one to complain, and up until now I've had great service with Vodacom but this experience is enough to make me want to cancel and move to Cell C or MTN immediately!!</p> <p>I got a notification that my data was finishing so I purchased a 2GB once off bundle via my Vodacom app on 8 May. I didn't check to ensure the bundle was loaded but got a mail that the 2GB had been ordered and added to my bill. The next day I got a mail saying that my data was finished. I then realised the last 2GB hadn't come through so stupid me I ordered another 2GB bundle assuming the other one wouldn't be charged because it didn't go through. But this second bundle also didn't reflect and I was getting notifications of the out of bundle rates I was being charged. In a panic I called the call centre on 9 May. They said both bundles had been charged to my account despite not being loaded to my ohone. They logged my service query and said I should be called within 48 hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>By Friday the 12 May, way more than 48 hours later I had gotten no feedback from vodacom, while still getting notifications that I was using out of bundle data. I called the service centre again and they said I should have heard back from Vodacom by then and relogged my request and said I should hear from Vodacom by Sunday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well, lo and behold, it's now Sunday night and I've heard no word from Vodacom. My out of bundle charge is now sitting at over R300 and my bill is nearly 1500 including the 2 2GB data bundles that I still haven't received yet am being charged for.</p> <p>I will point blank refuse to pay for the data I haven't used and for the out of bundle rates that I shouldn't have been paying for because of Vodacom's terrible service.</p> <p>Vodacom, get your act together and sort this out! You're robbing me of my money, my precious time and my sanity!!!!</p> <p> </p>
