Trafalgar Worst Company to manage your Complex/business etc..
Trafalgar is our body coperate. For Bel Aire complex midrand vorna valley We have not had water for 3 days starting from Monday.I called them today on Wednesday ...and was told they are unaware of this situation...it is only this complex that does not have water and still till now.our account is in arrears and the tenants pay on time but we have to suffer...this is on situation every month on the 19- to whatever day the water comes on with them ..what's worse how do u run a business when we call u say the person is on leave that handles the account and no one can help us. We need a better solution/Body coperate to run this complex....at this moment in time was told the water will be back next year....our rights are being violated..... Please can this situation be addressed Residents of Bel Aire,over 300 units are really frustrated and furious.

Worst people to deal with,my ceiling has been rotting ,I contacted rak properties I was told that it is my fault and I need fix it this is going on for the passed 2 years now, Water is leaking from the ceiling ,which is causing this,hiw is this my fault ? this is so unhygienic ,and they don't care,then I get a bill to pay for sewerage R535 on my latest statement. What is this? Guys for your own good do not deal with this agency they a bunch of con artists.
