<p>I purchased a solar charger from Dean, Sales Directorof Alternagy, in February , having given a clear briefing on my requirements. I paid in advance and in full for the product, as requested.Unfortunately the charger was unable to do the job when Dean attempted to install it, and he took it away with him, promising a full refund. It is now May, and despite many emails and phone calls to and from Dean and Boris, Finance Director and many promises, the refund has still to be made. The moral of this, is if you use the services of Alternagy, be very cautious about how and when you pay, as if things go wrong , getting your money back will be tricky.</p>

I paid in full and in good faith in advance as instructed. Unfortunately Dean failed to get the equipment to charge my laptop and took it away with him promising a full refund. Despite many telephone calls and emails to and from his office and Boris, the Accounts and Administration Manager, and despite many promises on their part, as of now, the middle of May, the refund has yet to materialise. The morale of this is to be cautious when paying up front to Alternagy, because if something goes wrong, getting a refund will present challenges!</p>
