no after sale service
Hello Solar friends! I bought some things from Dean Cook and I have to say he gave me good advice and suggested good equipment. With a one month advance payment, he was unable to deliver in time, thereby causing problems for me. And if a problem should arise after the purchase, unfortunately I have to say this company has no after sale service. He will not help you or find a solution, email inquiries will not be answered.

Pathetic after sales service
No after sales service or support whatsoever. Even called me late on a Sunday evening encouraging me to make a decision. Convinced me to go for the most expensive option. Took my money and that was it. Now ignores my messages.

Great energetic service and reliable delivery from the Alternagy Team
I recently purchased 12 x Solarworld panels, 8 x 200AH batteries and a charge controller from Alternagy. Dean was very helpful and energetic through the whole process. He assisted in choosing the right equipment for the solar system and followed through with reliable delivery after the order was placed. I can recommend using Alternagy for solar system requirements. (Please make sure you check HelloPeter before using other vendors as theirs some terrible ones out there...)

Great energetic service and reliable delivery from the Alternagy Team

I paid in advance and in full for the product, as requested.Unfortunately the charger was unable to do the job when Dean attempted to install it, and he took it away with him, promising a full refund. It is now May, and despite many emails and phone calls to and from Dean and Boris, Finance Director and many promises, the refund has still to be made. The moral of this, is if you use the services of Alternagy, be very cautious about how and when you pay, as if things go wrong , getting your money back will be tricky.</p>

AMAZING service offered by Alternagy
Dean and Boris from Alternagy are really awesome in their approach to service, price and taking care of their customers! I ordered solar panels from them and they went out of their way to keep me updated, made sure that I collect the panels at the location closest to me, and even called me afterwards to ensure that I am happy with the products and service I got end to end! Even the staff at their warehouse were friendly and helpful, and assisted me with a smile! I am really impressed with the positive attitude they approach their clients with and the amazing customer service I received from them! Best of all is the price of their products were really good as well, so it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them, and I will definitely do so again in the future!<br> <br>
