Alternagy not to be trusted

<p>I purchased a solar charger from Dean , Sales Director of Alternagy, Cape Town in February, having given him a clear briefing on my requirements. I paid in full and in good faith in advance as instructed. Unfortunately Dean failed to get the equipment to charge my laptop and took it away with him promising a full refund. Despite many telephone calls and emails to and from his office and Boris, the Accounts and Administration Manager, and despite many promises on their part, as of now, the middle of May, the refund has yet to materialise. The morale of this is to be cautious when paying up front to Alternagy, because if something goes wrong, getting a refund will present challenges!</p>
