Alternagy not to be trusted

<p>I purchased a solar charger from Dean of Alternagy in February , having given a clear briefing on my requirements. I paid in advance and in full for the product, as requested.Unfortunately the charger  was unable to do the job when Dean attempted to install it, and he took it away with him, promising a full refund.  It is now May, and despite many emails and phone calls to and from Dean and Boris and many promises, the refund has still to be made. The morale of this, is if you use the services of Alternagy, be very cautious about how and when you pay, as if things go wrong , getting your money back will be tricky.</p>
