I have really been struggling with my OnePlan Pet Insurance for the last few claims, first my expired card was loaded and took forever to resolve On my recent visit to the Vet in December 2024 I had 2 invoices as the vet forgot the deworming tablet, so OnePlan only approved the deworming tablet and not the vaccination when the slip clealry indicated Vaccination. I have attempted 3 times now via the Whatsapp channels to get this resolved and no one is helpful, I just get that it has been escalated and as per my recent enquiry again that my claim is rejected. No further response or assistance although I ask many questions I think it's time to find a new insurer as I cannot struggle like this with claims!!!!
I have been a longstanding customer of Cool Ideas and have experienced line issues for exactly a week now (6 days since reported), no one can solve the problem and only feedback is the waiting for MTN and escalated. There has been nothing done but escalation and I cannot understand that it cannot be resolved. Tired of constantly hearing the same story over and over again yet nothing is being done!
Never ever deal with Capitec bank, their customer service is the worst. They cannot get debit orders right and when you revoke debicheck mandates they list you as arrears and don't fullfill their debit orders. Their customer service team don't care what proof you provide nor what you say, they just do as they please. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS USELESS BANK!
Capitec Bank just cannot get this right! I have complained on hellopeter twice, phoned just for calls to be dropped constantly, no one returning phone calls. WORST customer service ever, they cannot get debit orders right and then put me in arrears even though I have letters confirming debit order dates, they still try and debit on other dates and claim my bank sent it back when in fact there is no proof that any debit order has been sent back! Money still there but they just cannot get it right! I am now referring this to the Ombudsman, as it's affecting my credit status.
Capitec is just the worst bank ever! I complained on this platform in Dec 2022 about them deducting money from my account whenever they feel like it and struggling to align my debit order date with my salary date. I was contacted from someone at Capitec and I have a letter confirming that my debit order date has finally been changed to my salary date. Big was my surprise since then they still trying to debit my account before my salary date and are now listing me as arrears although my account is paid up to date. Sick and tired of your bad service!
Worst bank ever! Capitec debited my account with loan installment 10 days before the debit order date and left me stranded with no money! No warning, my debit date clearly states 23 December 2022 but they went ahead and took money on the 14th. I spent hours holding on, numerous times my call was dropped and no one is willing to assist. Beware never do business with Capitec bank, they don't care about customers.
I ordered my custom made shower glass due to initial good service, their lead time states 14 - 21 days and Claudio phoned me earlier when I was not ready for installation. I told him my area for installation will be ready from 5 or latest 6th of March and I was promised a call back on Monday the 5th of March to arrange installation for this week which didn't happen and I made contact on the 6th to arrange when I was told they cannot assist due to the installations already booked. I have paid for installation yet I need to wait when its suitable for the company and when their installers are in my area. I will not recommend them to anyone as I am getting serious attitude from the highest level of management. No customer service!!
<p>I was involved in an accident in March, the claims process get my vehicle repaired was not bad and within a month my car was fixed. Then my problems started as Auto & General advised that they will do the recovery of my excess, when I didnt hear from them 2 weeks after collecting my vehicle they said they couldnt get hold of the party that drove into me, they had the wrong number after I reconfirmed it the first time! I gave them to the correct number and they phoned the 3rd party with me on the phone, she was defensive and trying to avoid payment so she told the consultant she needs time to think and ever since she is not answering the phone which I told them will happen. Today I phoned again after 2 weeks and still nothing much has been done, they try to call her once a week she doesnt answer so they leave it. Terrible service as no one keeps me up to date and why should I pay such high premiums and excess when no service is received. I am going back to me previous insurer if this is not sorted by the end of the month!</p>
