Please be aware of this company. They promise you the world and as soon as you are hooked they take your money and don't pay you creditors. They are so helpful in the beginning. Give you direct access to whatsapp number and jump at every message or question you send. Then your first month goes all according to the plan. Second month then you notice that some of your creditors has not received payment. You follow up and they send you a proof of payment for the payments. So everyone is happy again. Then month 3 your debit order goes off you bank account, but no payment schedule is emailed to you. You follow up on your creditors and then receive the news that none of your creditors has been paid. Gone is your money and you are left with creditors demanding payment. Best advise I can give to anyone that is in debt is to try and negotiate directly with your creditors if you struggling to make payment. I have to get out of this mess now all by myself.

We bought a 2010 BMW 320d from your dealership. We informed Nerisha that we are interested in the car and let her know that my bank will go ahead with the financing and be in contact with her. This all happened on Monday the 24th of April 2017. We told Nerisha that we are coming from Cape Town to collect the car and that we are flying down and driving back with the car.

When we got there, the car was not there yet. When it did arrive we were informed that the car could not be given to us because of worn shocks. My husband took the car for a test drive and conclude that is was only the front shocks that was worn. We did got confirmation about this by the dealer that is going to replace the shocks that only the front shocks need replacing.

The manager had a very, "I don't care about you" attitude towards us. Telling us we must go back home, then they will fix the shocks and then they will put the car on a truck for us, on our expense. Meaning it's an extra R 6000.00 plus to get the car in Cape Town, and an extra R 3000.00 for flight tickets to get home and another R 600.00 for taxi fees just to get home from the airport.

Jambo Motors knew that we were coming to collect the car, why is the car not check before hand over? Is that not the way it was suppose to happen? The way that you handled it, was in a way like you were trying to cover it up, but when you driver drove the car he relies that the sound is to bad and we would pick it up.

My question is how was it not picked up on the roadworthy test? If you looked at the km when it went in for the test and the km that was on the clock as you advertised it, then there is no way that in that small amount of km that the shock could go so badly in that sort time. Then if you look at the amount of km that have been put on from the time the car came in, someone had to been driving the car, so how could that someone not picked up the shocks?

On Tuesday the 16th I went to replace the shocks, I also asked them to supply me with 2 new tyres and replace them with the 2 worst on the vehicle. I've been driving that car for 3 weeks now, just from home to work. The guy told me that the one tyre the wire was coming out. Again, I ask you, how could this not been picked up??? A tyre have to be driven over a few months to come to that state, not in 3 weeks!!!

On our way back on Tuesday, about 20km outside the town the car just cut out. When we tried to start it again, nothing happened, just warning lights that appeared. At the end we had to be towed back home. The car was taken to an Auto Electrical workshop, as for the reason when we spoke to BMW about what the car is doing, they told us it can be an electrical problem and to them it sounds like something is not making contact.

Today the guy at the Auto Electrical workshop phoned me and said that the battery of the car is standing on a bric****!! A brick! And that the wires were pressing on the body of the car that cause it to make a short, and it burned the wires. Again, I ask you, how could you missed something like that??? How can a car get approved on a roadworthy test if the battery is standing on a brick!! Then it was never checked. I bought this car for safety for me and my baby and this car could have actually caught fire while we were in the car!

This car was advertised as in Excellent condition, "look like new", how can a car be in excellent condition if the wire of the tyre start to show, the shocks are worn and the battery of the car is standing on a brick????

I'm sorry but this is totally unacceptable and i'm not just going to leave it. I'm holding you responsible for the cost of my Auto Electrical account for fixing the battery problem.

You put my life and the life of my 6 months old baby in danger and for that I will not stand for.

If I must go so far, I will report you to the SAPS so that they with the Traffic department can investigate you on how you can get road worthy certificates for a car with so many problems. I will report you everywhere I possibly can, but I'm not going to let you get away with putting peoples life's in danger just for money.

And I'm still waiting for a tracking number for my documents that have still not been delivered.
