Misleading Advertising - Avoid this dealership
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with JAMBO MOTORS regarding a Kia Rio I purchased. The vehicle was advertised as a TEC model, which comes with a higher spec and features — but after having to replace the Starter Motor, I discovered it was actually an EX model, a completely different spec. This is a deliberate misrepresentation. I have brought this to their attention by sending them multiple emails. No one has taken ownership of the issue or contacted me. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Jambo Motors sells previously written off cars to unsuspecting customers.
This dealership sells accident damaged cars, they buy their cars from SMD then fix them and sell them at current market vakue. They sold a car to me that was previously written off and for some reason Nedbank didn't request for proper documents before fanancing the car, the bank's procedure say they must request for the technical inspection report before approving the sale but this was done in my case and I found out later that Nedbank financed the first owner of the car and it was declared a right off 2 years later by their sister company iwyze insurance. This was definitely an inside job, Nedbank has ignored my emails for almost 2 years now.

Worst Mistake
This place sells accident damaged cars. They make it look good on the outside, and don't disclose until day car is collected. I bought a car and only on day of collection after finance was approved and insurance was arranged before signing did they advise that the car had previously been damaged in an accident and repaired. They also don't provide any further details. This is not the first time I buy a car there and they don't disclose the issues on it

Worst Mistake

Selling rebuilt cars at big profits
Like quite a few other people please do proper checks about the car especially VIN checks before purchasing from this dealer. I found out the very hard way that they buy and rebuild previously badly damaged cars and then sell it at big profits. My loss amounts to R42,000 after paying R69,000 for a Charade. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and started to shout at me when I confronted him about selling me this car. Please stay away from this dealership!!!

Jambo Motors is a *****ulent dealership
I purchased a Hyundai i20 2019 model from Jambo Motors in March 2022, the car paint does not match the origal color of the car, the car is a complete rebuild and the body filler is now cracking, cut and joint is vivid, heater has never worked on this car, door panels color do not match, the roof has map like lines which I suspect are from an accident and the roof might've caved in or out. I tried trading in the car for something else but unfortunately when the dealership ran a car accident report it was discovered that there was an accident claim of R 173000 on it and this was in October 2021. This is clear to me that this car was a right off and Jambo Motors rebuilt it and sold it to a unsuspecting customer. Avoid this dealership at all costs and take them to a civil court if you find yourself in my situation and sue them they have a history of losing these court cases.

Amazing After Service from Nerisha
I bought a Nissan Navara in 2021 from Jambo Motors. To date no issues with the car. On Monday, i called Jambo Motors looking for a service book for the car (Not really expecting any help after so long), but to my pleasant surprise, i was assisted by Nerisha. She took my details down, and a day later came back to me, she went above what was expected. Such a pleasant soul to deal with. Its been a while since i experienced such wonderful service. Because of that, i will always buy from Jambo Motors, and refer people to them. The after service Nerisha provides is just outstanding

Death trap sellers
Worst lying deceitful company that sells written off cars, they sell death traps. In cahoots with dekra and provide falsified reports. Once faced the arrogant bully attitude comes out. Avoid at all cost if you value your and family safety. Jambo do not care about lives or safety.
