During Black Friday week 27th November 2025. I made an online purchase using my MyWorld account card, due to no stock the payment I made was refunded on 3rd of December 2025. I waited two days for payment to be cleared which never happened, I then called in and an agent advised me that it takes 72 hours for refunded payments to clear. I then left it and a week later I called in again 9th December 2025 and a ticket was logged Reference: 9467500392. To date no one has been in contact with me. I called in and the line drops when I start to ask questions regarding my refund being cleared.
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with JAMBO MOTORS regarding a Kia Rio I purchased. The vehicle was advertised as a TEC model, which comes with a higher spec and features — but after having to replace the Starter Motor, I discovered it was actually an EX model, a completely different spec. This is a deliberate misrepresentation. I have brought this to their attention by sending them multiple emails. No one has taken ownership of the issue or contacted me. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
Account paid up - still waiting for my refund. Submitted my banking details almost a month ago.
App**** for a personal loan almost a week ago. My application was sent to back office, I submitted the required documents to the branch and emailed it to the email address provided. I have not been contacted since. I keep calling for feedback but get transferred from pillar to post. I have logged a complaint but have not been contacted
Bought a second hand car in 2023 in which I paid R6990 for a Warranty Plan, which was valid for 2 years and unlimited mileage. The plan was "PLAN A" I recently had to claim as my Starter gave in and was to be replaced only to be told that they can only pay out under "PLAN B" as my car due to the year no longer falls under PLAN A. If I paid for Plan A the component should have been covered under Plan A and not Plan B.
Sold my car over 2 years ago, CarTrack expects me to pay early termination fee if I want to cancel my contract.
This place sells accident damaged cars. They make it look good on the outside, and don't disclose until day car is collected. I bought a car and only on day of collection after finance was approved and insurance was arranged before signing did they advise that the car had previously been damaged in an accident and repaired. They also don't provide any further details. This is not the first time I buy a car there and they don't disclose the issues on it

They claim they're calls are recorded but to date I have not yet received any feedback from them as to how they will rectify this. Worst mistake ever.

Best service received from Nazlee Kyzer at Betterbond. From start to finish she assisted me in getting the best rate for my bond and today I've been in my new home for 3 months. Thank you so much for all your assistance
