Misleading Advertising - Avoid this dealership

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with JAMBO MOTORS regarding a Kia Rio I purchased. The vehicle was advertised as a TEC model, which comes with a higher spec and features — but after having to replace the Starter Motor, I discovered it was actually an EX model, a completely different spec. This is a deliberate misrepresentation.

I have brought this to their attention by sending them multiple emails. No one has taken ownership of the issue or contacted me.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
