incorrect info from their database
paid for a report that came back with incorrect vehicle on the vin entered, manufacturer confirmed correct, so wasted my money and now get no reply from them, no response, rally pathetic

fight to get goods i paid for
Ordered laptops for R30K, website said 2-4 days delivery to Cape Town, after a week found they were not even invoiced yet, after much frustration, calls and contradicting stories i had to get hold of the courier company and got delivery 13 days later. Will never be ordering from firstshop again

Death trap sellers
Worst lying deceitful company that sells written off cars, they sell death traps. In cahoots with dekra and provide falsified reports. Once faced the arrogant bully attitude comes out. Avoid at all cost if you value your and family safety. Jambo do not care about lives or safety.

Ensure that you get done in
<p>I booked an Asus tablet in and had to pay R171 up front, then i get a quote for R10391-97 for repairs, new unit R6999 then they keep the R171 as quote rejection fee. Day light robbery- they make money out of inflating quotes. Who in their right mind would accept that quote ?</p>
