No respect for customers
Placed a call to have my gas pipes re-routed to another area at the house. Made several calls to follow and could not receive confirmation. Was told by the Hillary branch that they are too busy and cannot promise a timeline. Was promised a call back and never received. Perhaps the owner should be employed more reliable staff.

Major improvement needed
The concept of a bar on the beach, is exciting. Aside from the amazing music, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The drinks were over priced and horribly prepared. The places (tables)very dirty. Toilets equally horrifying. And there seemed to have been some ladies having a girls party, and used it as an opportunity to gyrate with fellow men on the dancefloor. 1 lady thought it was a club and started dancing on the table, even though there were kids around. So it needs to work on these aspects to make it really nice. Waitresses used the place to have their own little dancing instead of serving. Very shoddy

Not only did she communicate to me continuously through my bond approval process but she also negotiated excellent rates on my behalf. In addition her turn around times were astonishing and I do believe she is a great asset to the company</p>
