Horribly disgusting! We paid so much only to waste. The most disgusting thing ever, I think they were all gone off, The salmon was looking brownish 🤢🤢 And then the rice was mushy and the sea**** was gross. Worst experience ever I don't think I ever want to have sushi again.
Telkom has to be the worst service provider i have ever had to deal with. From April i made a payment to them using the wrong reference number, i have been calling every second day, speaking to a different person all the time, explaining my situation countless times. Till now 19th June, i have not heard anything back. They are really quick to get us to rate their service without resolving the problem. #Pathetic service
The service i have received from telkom is beyond pathetic, i cancelled my adsl line at the end of december, till now they havent cancelled it, they keep charging me and im expected to pay otherwise they cut my phone line, ive called so many times but i can never get through to their customer care, if i do get through by some miracle then all they have to say is they will escalate, i went to the telkom shop to try and speak to them, and still all they can do is escalate the matter. How is this fair? What do i do in a case like this? Carry on paying for something im not using? Really disgusted at the pathetic service.
I recently bought a bosch fridge and freezer, i hadnt switched it on until i moved to my new place, when i did switch it on it wasnt working properly. I called bosch customer care, they were so helpful, they sent someone out immediately to fix my fridge. I was really impressed and would recommend bosch any time! #greatbusiness
My landline has not been working from last week, every time I call telkom I have to wait on hold for so long and when I get through to someone finally all they do is say they will escalate the problem and someone will contact me. They also said it will be resolved within 24-48 hours, definitely before the weekend. It's now a whole week and still nothing. Highly disappointed with telkom and their service.
<p>I've been with bonitas for about 5 years now, in their benefits brochures it states that one will get a baby bag when one gives birth. My daughter is now 4, I've never received one, I've called and emailed countless times and nothing. Not even a call back. I had another baby and he's now almost 2, also so many calls and emails, and I haven't heard anything back. Is this the way to treat clients? We pay a lot of money every month. I've heard a lot of people complain about the same thing but they recently received their bags. I haven't heard a thing back. It's not fair to give some and not others. I pay my premiums every month. Why advertise something you have no intention of giving? I'm so disappointed with bonitas customer care.</p>
