Ooba assisted me with my building loan. The application for the vacant land went well, but when they had to assist me with the building loan, it was a total mess. I struggled to get timely reaponse to my emails, and not all of my questions were answered. They made a mistake with the actual application. Instead of applying for a furher building loan, they applied for a new loan. We signed the FNB quotation and when the bond attorneys appointed by FNB started with the prep for registration, they picked up on the mistake. When I asked them to help me to get in touch with FNB, they said there is no phone number and they could not help me. I had to investigate and phone around to get in touch with the FNB team. And all of them had cell numbers, the sales, credit and operational staff. Long story short....ooba had to log a new application, we had to sign a new quotation. Currentely still busy with the new application. And now again the attorneys picked up they never provided me with the correct tender and waiver templates. They bad mouth FNB and wont admit they made a mistake with my application. Rework. I started with this application in Jan 2022.
This will be my second complaint about the same issue! Pathcare Accounts Department are pathetic! In Aug 2019 my baby was hospitalized and I received an account in Jan 2020. I queried an amount of R2291 which was not payed by my medical aid. My medical aid confirmed those were tests done that were not requested by the doctor. After numerous phone calls ,emails ext....I had no response from pathcare. In Oct 2020 Vericred contact me and told me I was handed over to them for non payment and I need to pay them almost R4000. Again I contacted Pathcare, only to be told they will investigate. I spoke with Shannen Booysen and she emailed me an account. Again on the account some amounts were already payed in Jan already!!! And still no feedback with regards to the unrequested labs. Dec 2020 Sharon vd Berg from Pathcare contacted me and apologized and removed my account from Vericred. She confirmed she will handle the account since I am not responsible for the payment. In Feb 2021 I received the same account. I contacted Sharon & Shannen (and the accounts@pathcare.co.za email address) from Feb to Aug but none of them replied. Today I received a sms that I was handed over to the attorneys. PATHETIC!!!!!

I would like to warn potential home buyers from Immo Invest, agent Marcell Hoogebeen.

I bought a property in Burgundy estate from the developer and sold it again – unfortunately the process to get the property off my name is taking 7 months already.

I signed the Agreement of sale on the 14th of November 2016 and still the deal is not through!

Why – Immo Invest did not register the exclusive use of my garden when the property was registered for the 1st time in 2014 - therefore the bank declined the application for the new buyers.

The process to correct this mistake : The entire body corporate had to give consent to change the rules of the complex. Drafting and signing of new documents by all parties involved, municipality to issue new certificates, a site visit to the property. And we are still waiting…….
