Enameling of cast iron bath
For 30 years and 2 horrible experiences I was searching for a company that can re enamel my cast iron bath. A flyer in my letter box made me contact Farrel Isaacs, the director of F&M Products Suppliers cc. What fascinated me was the fact that he and his team did the cast iron bath renovation by hand. Well needless to say, I am a 110% happy customer. The team are professional, well-mannered and highly skilled. The cherry on top was when Farrel told me that I can pay once I am satisfied. Support and product goes hand in hand
I bought two dehumidifiers and as this is a very new experience for me, I ask many questions to understand the appliances better. Sending an email via their website, TWICE, within 3 months apart, I am answered promptly and with an explaination , for me as a customer, to understand. Backup and customer support are hard to come by. The product I bought was a 12liter dehumidifier with only a removable (could last many years) dust filter. Cleaning is easy. The energy consumption is a low 200watt. No more musky smell or fogged windows. A pleasure to LIVE in my house. Thanks GMC airconditioning.

Stay away from this business
All I can say, do yourself a favour and stay away. After promise to be on site all the time (one day job), AJ dissapeared (11am - 3.30pm). Except for the physical lifting a pergola and help cover it with shadecloth, I would have done a better job. They truely messed up my R8000 Meranti wood.

Being billed for the Disney+ addon as from 23 December 2023 (after the system added it for a 3month free period)
I got a standing debit order with dstv. On 23 September 2023 the Disney+ addon was added (did not request it) to my existing Compact plus package. According to the dstv agent it was free for the first 3 months. With the 23 December 2023 payment an extra R139 was deducted for this Disney+ package. The agent called it a system glitch, I call it *****ing. Those readers that got a subscription with DSTV, please have a look to see if an extra R139 came off your bank account. The agent did reverse the additional charges and debit / adjust my next subscription payment.

NOT making use of their automated response system highlight many flaws at ADT
Somehow since beginning December 2023 the ADT automated phone service stopped working and agents call you once the alarm triggers. Their response time took very long and many flaws got expose. I notified them that I no longer require their poor service, and signed up with another company.

Freshlydelivered.co.za is an online Fruit & Vegetable shop. Good quality and good service, slipping up SOMETIMES with the quantity per product. The rectification is super fast. The product prices are reasonable and always fresh. They got an email support service and always respond (even after hours). Good customer friendly web site.

EXCELLENT Product Quality and Service. Quick delivery excellent support. Had a problem before midnight regarding Payfast system not ok'ing order. Next morning early received a call followed up with an email. (gmail email accounts sometimes blocked as spam on Payfast system). Even offered an EFT option for me to place order.

Midas Goodwood got a gem named Kim
Midas Goodwood branch: Kim went out of her way to listen to my request and source me a special they advertise in their brochure. She followed up and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Many thanks for just being a customer focused employee. Two other Midas branches send me on a wild goose chase without success.

GLOBAL ROOFING SOLUTIONS, Cape town, a ripoff
My builder ordered a square meter Klip-Lok 700 with the various lenghts AND 4 beams, meaning a clip bracket for each beam (4 clip brackets per 700mm roof sheet. In the end I had TWO FULL SHEETS left over but missing 20 odd clip brackets and 80 srews. I had to pay for the extra clip brackets and *****s. They are situated in Epping Industria 2, Cape town, Western Cape and ripped me off (about R150 per running meter = close to R1000) and their reception sucks big time. THAT IS HOW THEY MAKE UP FOR COVID, Im only assuming. No wonder they could produce the order two weeks before their competition could deliver! Stay away.
