Watch out for these guys, we got free accounts for our kids from their schools, but nothing free about it, they keep debiting despite cancelling the service. Also, no useful content in their system, my kid's didn't use it at all. They do not respond to queries or correspondence either.

I have been an iBurst user for 5 years, and invested a bit more then average to buy one of each of their products . Unfortunately the service has been less than acceptable. I have had many battles concerning incorrect billng (where I ended up paying the same invoice multiple times), but it's the down time that should set off some alarms. The two main reasons to be carefull of this company is:

1. They have recently (beginning of 2017) started decommisioning their main service, and want to replace it with an lTE service (not yet functional and requiring new hardware investment). I did not receive any communications about this major company change directly affecting my account as well as my hardware setup.

2. They do not respond to any form of correspondance. Concerning account queries, hardware support or service availability.

3. I have now experienced 5 continues days of service disruptions during their day-time data usage period only. After confirming that my account is not capped, I finally reached their call center and asked the consultant to assist me. He explained that he was not able to assist me as I am not using a windows opperating system, however without any change in my setup, my connection was restored and now works again.

Please note that according to their service agreement they can terminate their service at any time with a 30 day notice, without any compensation for hardware and installation costs, trust me, there are better options out there.
