BAD BAD HORRIFIC TIME WITH PARTNERS UNI*** SALON IN SOMERSET MALL
ON SUNDAY THE 11 OF SEPTEMBER 2022 I WENT TO SOMERSET MALL FOR MY BABY BOY FIRST HAIR CUT, I WENT TO PARTNERS HAIR UNI*** IN SOMERSET MALL AND STOOD THEIR FOR 15 MINUTES WHILE TO WORKERS WERE IN CONVERSATION AT THE PRODUCT STAND, I STOOD THEIR ONE OF THE TURN AROUND AND SAW ME BUT JUST TURNED BACK TO THE WORK COLLEAGUE AND CARRY ON WITH THEIR CONVERSATION I WALKED AWAY AND SHE DID NOT CALL ME BACK TO ASK ME CAN SHE HELP I TURNED AROUND AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGERS CONTACT DETAILS, THEN ONE LADY THAT WAS BUSY WITH A CLIENT SHOUT OVER THE CLIENTS HEAD THAT YES SHE MUST CONTACT HEAD OFFICE WE DONT GIVE ANY PERSONAL NUMBERS OUT THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WALKED AWAY IN TEARS BECAUSE IT WAS MY BABY FIRST HAIR CUT AND TO TREAT ME IN SUCH A WAY WAS THAT WAS TERRIFYING, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTING AS IM FEELING NOW TO JUST GO TO THE PAPERS WITH THEM AS THEY TREAT ME AS IF I AM NOT THEIR KIND OF CLIENTS.

Bad Service
Good day, My name is Marianna Volkwyn, I am really upset with Pick n Pay Waterstone liquor,. we went there yesterday to buy the special on the brandy and coke special, so my husband paid at the till he had to wait an half an hour for the coke to arrive, and when we got at home they overcharge us with the special that was R139.00 they charged us R169.00 i am really ****ed off with the bad service of the shop, I phoned them this morning and all the manager could tell me was he is sorry and will refund me my 30 rand they are busy with renovating that is not the point of the story, now i have to drive out a 100 rand for petrol just to collect a 30 rand what service is this i am really really dissapointed.
