Not sure if the Cartridge Hyper in Preller Square, Bloemfontein, has recently changed ownership/management, but it is definitely taken a dramatic dip in customer service. A simple request to exchange an incorrectly bought cartridge for the same brand and price, was rejected outright - even after calling someone for guidance. Not sure who benefitted from that decision, but they have lost a loyal and regular customer.
We received a number of Totally Home cast iron pots as a gift. Pretty soon the enamel started cracking on a number of them. We made contact with Totally Home to try and understand what the process would be to get the pots re-enameled. After being pushed from pillar to post we were finally connected to their Operations Director, Mahesh. This is where it all fell apart. Basically, in the rudest and most obnoxious way possible, Mahesh made it know that a.) only people who have too much time on their hands complain and b.) he only deals with resellers and not end-user customers, and finally that he (and Totally Home) are not interested in entertaining our questions or helping us find a solution to the problem. An interesting approach to customer query resolution. Needless to say, our gifted pots are now Totally Gone and we will NEVER support this brand and company again.
