Withing two weeks we apparently used a full cartridge which is impossible as we our even printed less as to normal where cartridge usually held for 2 month now finished in 2 weeks, asked if they can test or check as this is not possible all the guy said well sorry if the printer says it is finished they can't help even with test of some sort then it is finished, ridicules with this feedback not even little bit of some sort of explanation to how this might be possible. absolutely disgusted with the service--Centurion branch

I purchased a Black Friday special Brother printer on Monday afternoon. It was delivered on Wednesday afternoon and I realized that I needed full cartridges. I called the Cartridge Hyper in Linden, told the young lady what I needed. She checked and said she did not have in stock but would order and contact me when they arrive. Well, on Thursday she called and said they had arrived. What amazing service. Definitely worth going to them for cartridges. Well done Cartridge Hyper Linden. Jeff Stern

I purchased a Black Friday special Brother printer on Monday afternoon. It was delivered on Wednesday afternoon and I realized that I needed full cartridges. I called the Cartridge Hyper in Linden, told the young lady what I needed. She checked and said she did not have in stock but would order and contact me when they arrive. Bought a Canon printer last year September 2020 . I'm printing minimum as I'm traveling a lot with my work .Wanted to print documents last week and then discovered that the printer wouldn't feed the paper . Took it in at Cartridge Hyper Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein and now I've been informed that it can't be fixed as Canon don't have parts . I just recently bought black and colour ink cartridges of R1000 and now I've been told that the printer is discontinued and no parts available. Not a happy customer

Bought a Canon printer last year September 2020 . Cartridge Hyper Douglasdale supply broken toner cartridges on several occasions then make you run around bringing the inferior cartridges back and forth for them to retest , even when they admit the cartridge is faulty , you still don't get a replacement nor do you get a refund back on your money , you just get lame excuses , disgusting service and will never buy from Cartridge Hyper again.

Please do not support this business as they are extremely unethical, we have purchased 2 XL cartridges from them in very recent months and after printing only a few pages the cartridges stopped working. Upon returning with the invoice they denied the product being theirs ????

Not sure if the Cartridge Hyper in Preller Square, Bloemfontein, has recently changed ownership/management, but it is definitely taken a dramatic dip in customer service. A simple request to exchange an incorrectly bought cartridge for the same brand and price, was rejected outright - even after calling someone for guidance. Not sure who benefitted from that decision, but they have lost a loyal and regular customer.

Just want to thank Marissa and the team at Cartridge Hyper for their excellent service. I went to change the cartridge on my printer today, only to find that the cartridges I had bought from Cartridge Hyper in June last year were incorrect. I should have checked the correct ones arrived when I bought them and I felt stupid for not having done so. Long story short, Marissa was so helpful, checked and apologized for sending me the wrong cartridges, but didn't have stock of all the cartridges I had actually ordered, only stock of 3 but no stock of the one I needed now to get some urgent printing done. She sent a driver to my house with a loan printer and the cartridges she did have in stock within 2 hours of me calling her I was able to print! Thank you so much, I really appreciate good service!

Just want to thank Marissa and the team at Cartridge Hyper for their excellent service. I went to change the cartridge on my printer today, only to find that the cartridges I had bought from Cartridge Hyper in June last year were incorrect. Cartridge Hyper Blue Hills. Bought a new extra large black cartridge on Monday. Printed around 50 pages and on Tuesday morning no more ink. Phoned the shop and even had to bring in y printer. No problem with my printer, the cartridge is empty and not a defaulted cartridge. There answer, from head office, its a sealed original HP cartridge and they can to nothing about it. They checked the date on the package and cartridge to make sure I did not bring an old empty one, which I did not. The past few months I bought several with them. R415.00 down the drain and I must buy a new one. Was it my fault? No. They sold be a cartridge that was not fully filled with ink. These are just facts. Well another fact, they don't care whether they sold you an empty cartridge and is just interested in receiving the money. Never buy from them , if there is a problem you will walk out being the loser, that's it, deal closed no after service.
