Moving Nightmares
Absolutely shocking service! As if moving house is not stressful enough, this company put our stress levels through the roof. We booked removal of furniture 3 months in advance, and they were a full 24 hours late to move us. They didn't even notify us they were delayed, we had to keep phoning to find out where they were and they kept saying they were on their way. Every lie & excuse in the book. Then when they finally did move my furniture, it arrived late (big surprise) and again, we had to call them to find out where they were, then the team wanted us to hire extra laborers at our cost, to unload. So many scratches on my furniture; boxes damaged; dents in my dish washer; plants flattened. No respect or care taken. Definitely would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Excellent service - Cartridge Replacement
Just want to thank Marissa and the team at Cartridge Hyper for their excellent service. I went to change the cartridge on my printer today, only to find that the cartridges I had bought from Cartridge Hyper in June last year were incorrect. I should have checked the correct ones arrived when I bought them and I felt stupid for not having done so. Long story short, Marissa was so helpful, checked and apologized for sending me the wrong cartridges, but didn't have stock of all the cartridges I had actually ordered, only stock of 3 but no stock of the one I needed now to get some urgent printing done. She sent a driver to my house with a loan printer and the cartridges she did have in stock within 2 hours of me calling her I was able to print! Thank you so much, I really appreciate good service!
