Will try to get asaistance here. As Impaq answer these complaints faster than they bother to answer emails or sort problems out or answer telephones for that matter. I am aware that Impaq has high call volumes. Does that mean they find it acceptable that clients must hold on for more than a hour to get assistance? Surely they planned for high call volumes just before school starts for a new year? My emails are also not responded to. The school starts day after tomorrow and we will not be able to start as we dont have handbooks. Impaq also failed to sort out the registration in 3 days. No amount of emails or calls or speaking to 3 different people could sort it out. How is it possible that competent people at Impaq can not sort this out. Why do I need to speak to one person after another and still its not done? Please contact me ********** 435
Tried to call Impaq. Had to hold on for more than 50 minutes. I am now trying to get hold of them . Again holding on for over 50 minutes. Were told if I expect a better service they will have to raise their fees in a very snotty manner. Got some serious attitude because I expect a decent service from them for the money I already pay!
My faughter booked a shuttle service with City Bug. She was to travel from Potchefstroom to OR Tambo airport to Amanzimtoti, KZN. The City Bug shuttle left her behind. They were fully aware she is on her way but due to unforeseen traffic congestion was 3 THREE minutes late. They refused to wait for her even though they KNEW FOR A FACT she is only 2 minutes away. She therefore missed the shuttle and for all they knew also the flight to Durban and the whole Mother's Day celebration. Because they could not find the common sense or decency to give a hysterical 20 year old student 3 minutes. When i posted a review on the facebook page they asked me politely what went wrong but then also blocked or banned me so i could not respond to their question or comment on any posts on their page When i called them they just said read the terms and comditions. Which is all good and fine but surely customer service and common human decency is also a thing. When my daughter gave them a 1 star review they objected to her review and LIED in their response to her about what actually happened. We all understand terms and conditions but the manager could have allowed the bus driver to wait 3 minutes as the shuttle had waited before for people and they KNEW she is only 2 minutes away. I have never seen such disregard for clients. 3 minutes would not have changed a single thing for them . How is it decent or common sense to leave a 20 year old student crying behind with a could not care less attitude. There is other shuttle servicea between Pitch and OR Tambo. Will never use city bug again.
