Bunch of liars with the worst customer service ever!!!!
Staff at TTS Electronics Port Elizabeth are nothing but a bunch of liars with absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever!!! I have been struggling to get my phone repaired for weeks now and everyday I am given a different story and told to come back tomorrow. First it was the part not arriving from Samsung for 2weeks, then the technician was always on callouts, then my phone was supposedly in the oven for days and now the latest story is that my phone is in the technicians car and they have been driving around with it for 2days now. I will never make the mistake of using them for anything ever again. I wonder how much longer it is going to take for them to just give my phone back.

Appalling service
<p>i ordered a dress on 07/04/2017, their website says delivery after 3days. A month later i still had not received the dress, after countless emails and calls. after writing on their facebook page on the 08/05/2017 they promised me a full refund and delivery of the dress to apologise, i have still not received my refund and they not even responding to emails or picking up calls.</p>
