Active since May 2017
I was double debited while making an order online. I have emailed all the required details; slips, screenshots and bank statement of the debit and to this day the refund has not been received. I haven't received any feedback. I have emailed and communicated my griviences via Twitter. Nothing has been done.
<p>This matter has to be resolved as soon as possible because I can't stand being conned. My airtime keeps being depleted without me even using it! On top of that the customer care also needs you to have airtime to contact them and hold for a consultant. This issue has been going on since I got this phone in march. You can't have high monthly fees then also not deliver. I have no subscriptions and my mobile data is always off. I'm getting tired and irritated by this. Further actions will be taken if this continues, cause this is not legal</p>
