Bad service
This company is useless to the core. I have had a hospital cash back policy with them for the past 9 years. It pays a cash back every 3 years. Last week on Friday I received a confirmation sms that the funds will be paid into my account. I called the company to check how long it will take? I was advised that the latest is Tuesday. Today ts Wednesday and I call them to check what the problem is, they tell me they are waiting approval to release the funds. This is unacceptable and such incompatancy is not expected from such an entity. Their supervisor by the name of Danise was supposed to call me within 5 to 10 minutes as she was still setting up her Laptop, I call back after 30 minutes and precious Denise can't talk to me as she is busy with another client (a more deserving client I suppose) PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR WORK ETHIC IS SUB HUMAN THEIR SRAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY ARE ****S

I registered my motor warranty claim 4 months ago with this company. I was requested to furnish them with the relevant documentation from the repairer. We submitted all these documents. To our suprise we were asked to provide the diagnostic report in a format that Budget also doesnt have. We asked for the matter to be escalated and we were told that a senior consultant with call is within 48 hours. That was last week Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and week has gone by. We called them today and it appears they update their systems with lies. They claim to have called me to obtain the workshop's address so their assessor can do a physical inspection. I have never spoken to this assessor and the alledged conversation. This is very frustrating as when you take up the policy, the policy wording and the consultant seem to make it sound like if you do your part they will also do their part. This service is terrible and I regret dealing with this company that looks for every excuse to repudiate a claim. Am so disappointed as I had faith is this big company. Their reputation is not what you would imagine it to be compared to this horrible service
