Best Service Ever!!! - Kia Eastrand Boksburg
I am a first time Kia driver and my car was due for it's 15k service. I booked it in at Kia Eastrand in Boksburg. I was assisted by a very nice lady by the name of Trish. From the very first time she greeted it was clear that she is an amazing lady. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I mentioned a few small issues and she duly noted them down and needless to say, they were fixed. I didn't know that such amazing customer service still existed in this world and she has brought back that hope that it still does exist. Trish, I just want to thank you for your level of professional conduct and empathy!!! I will continue driving the Kia cars just because of an amazing experience I received at Kia Eastrand in Boksburg!!!! Absolutely well done 👍🏽

Brilliant Service - Assessment
<p>After I had my accident 3 weeks ago, my claim was give to an assessor by the name of Brett Bennett. What a fantastic gentleman. Very professional and friendly. Upon taking my statement, he was emphathetic, and listened attentively. He was feeding back to me whenever he can and quickly wrapped up his investigations. What a great service! Well done Brett! Clearly you take your work seriously, and the service I got from you was out of this world!!</p>

Brilliant Service - Claims
<p>Signing up to King Price was the best thing I ever did. I was involved in an accident about 3 weeks ago, and when I lodged a claim, I was assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Livhuwani Siganunu. She processed my claim in a very friendly manner and never made me feel like another number. She was was absolutely stunning :-)</p> <p>My claim was handled by a gentleman by the name of Brett Bennett, wow, what a wonderful person to deal with. He kept me on the loop as to how my claim is going! my claim was settled in about 2 weeks. Guess who am I signing up on my next car with? King Price.... Well done guys!</p>

Retention Department Amazing Team Member - King Price
<p>I was about to cancel my insurance with the King Price (it is important to note that this was not their fault - this is another story completely), and when I decided to cancel it, I spoke to a very nice nice lady by the name of Samantha.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a lovely person to deal with! She was very calm and very professional. It is quite clear to me that the company really takes professionalism quite seriously and this is very important to me! She made sure that she does not end the call without ensuring that my concerns were addressed!</p> <p>I hope you get better Samantha!! (coz you sounded like you had a cold when we we talking :-)</p> <p> </p> <p>Well Done King Price to to all of those that keep the image of the company shining!!!</p>
