I bought my first car yesterday through Kia Edenvale. I'd like to thank Mokone, the salesperson who has been working endlessly and tirelessly,not just to close a sale but help me find a vehicle best suited to my finance. Thank you to John who made sure all the processes were explained thoroughly and went through smoothly . How can I forget the entire team that stayed behind after their shift ended, just to share in the celebration and create amazing memories of my first purchase. Thank you.

Where do i even begin. Jaden Burt😁😁. Ever since ive owned a car and been to a car dealership I've never felt so welcomed. The way Jaden was so helpful and ensuring that I am able to get the car that I wanted. I was shopping around but still very sceptical to change my car but I knew it had to go. Big ups Kia Eastrand you really have good people there who value customers and make the experience of buying a car so beautiful. 😍 I honestly believe I've found a new family in Kia. Jaden and Shawnyiu guys are the best

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would do so. I took my car for service, but instead of fixing it, they looted and damaged my car, ruining many parts. The engine filter was left disconnected, my bonnet carpet is gone—likely ****** for parts. Now, things are hanging loose, and when I brake, the reverse lights come on. It's a disaster. I wonder what else they stole from my car. I warn you, don't bring your car to KIA Motors East Rand for service—it's a nightmare. They just destroyed my car for no reason.

I took my car in for service twice at Kia East Rand and on both occasions my service book was never signed. Muhammed is the agent that helped me with the 2 service his excuse was that maybe the Technician couldn't find the service book. When we leave our cars there we are instructed to leave the Service book on the fwd passenger seat, so how do you miss that. Again I was told my service book will be signed when I bring in the car for the next service, Friday 06/06 my car was booked for service then later when we fetched it we were told it was not Due. How the hell did the car program itself to say that it's now due. Disappointment is an understatement. Their service is very poor and disgusting. And the agent Muhammed that was supposed to sign the missed services was not even at work. So basically that Friday I just took my car in for a wash😣😣😣😣.

BRUTALLY HONEST/NO- NONSENSE POST: I have to give a big , big , big ups to Jaden Burt @KIA East Rand. The man went above and beyond to get me the vehicle that i wanted with little hope on my side of being approved. Most importantly: he did not overpromise, he did not keep the truth hidden about anything, he explained everything in a professional but understanding manner about the process. Jaden made it clear that Kia East Rand had new finance managers, experienced veterans at the game, who liaise and “argue” with the banks for us, that would most definitely do what they know to push the deal through for me. Needless to say, Jaden and the KIA team made it possible. From start to finish. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO COLLECT MY VEHICLE THAT VERY FRIDAY. Please, if you are looking for a service offering that HELPS you and doesn’t just aim to make you another number on the sales scoreboard, then do consider approaching Jaden at KIA East rand and get ready to have your mind blown. You get helpful sales executives but then you get HELPFUL SALES EXECUTIVES.

As a driver who has more than 5 years driving experience i bought a manual car kia SONET from east rand mall. 9 days after the purchase they clutch burned and broke into 3 pieces. They are refusing to have the car fixed they say I abused the clutch.
