I am a first time Kia driver and my car was due for it's 15k service. I booked it in at Kia Eastrand in Boksburg. I was assisted by a very nice lady by the name of Trish. From the very first time she greeted it was clear that she is an amazing lady. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I mentioned a few small issues and she duly noted them down and needless to say, they were fixed. I didn't know that such amazing customer service still existed in this world and she has brought back that hope that it still does exist. Trish, I just want to thank you for your level of professional conduct and empathy!!! I will continue driving the Kia cars just because of an amazing experience I received at Kia Eastrand in Boksburg!!!! Absolutely well done 👍🏽

Three months ago, I purchased a pre-owned 2023 Kia Sonet with 50,000 km on the odometer. After driving it for only 5,900 km, the clutch failed. Despite the vehicle being a recent model and still under its original warranty period, Kia is attempting to claim "user error" rather than taking responsibility for selling a vehicle with a failing component. My major grievances: Failed Inspection: If the clutch failed this soon after purchase, it raises serious questions about the quality of the "multi-point inspection" conducted before the sale. A clutch should not fail within three months of ownership on a modern vehicle. Blame Shifting: Rather than investigating the mechanical integrity of the part, they have stripped the clutch and are implying the damage was caused by us. Total Radio Silence: They brought in a specialist for a secondary assessment and promised to provide feedback. Since then, they have gone completely silent. Avoidance Tactics: Every time I call for an update, everyone is "unavailable." There have been no updates, no transparency, and zero professional courtesy. I expect a brand like Kia to stand behind their pre-owned vehicles. Being ignored while they try to dodge a warranty claim is unacceptable. I am still waiting for a formal resolution and will be taking this further if Kia continues to ignore their obligations under the Consumer Protection Act.

Not happy with their service my car is not starting they have got a lot of excuses they waiting for the car warranty to expire then they don't need to help me I'm disappointed in them

I bought my first car yesterday through Kia Edenvale. I'd like to thank Mokone, the salesperson who has been working endlessly and tirelessly,not just to close a sale but help me find a vehicle best suited to my finance. Thank you to John who made sure all the processes were explained thoroughly and went through smoothly . How can I forget the entire team that stayed behind after their shift ended, just to share in the celebration and create amazing memories of my first purchase. Thank you.

Where do i even begin. Jaden Burt😁😁. Ever since ive owned a car and been to a car dealership I've never felt so welcomed. The way Jaden was so helpful and ensuring that I am able to get the car that I wanted. I was shopping around but still very sceptical to change my car but I knew it had to go. Big ups Kia Eastrand you really have good people there who value customers and make the experience of buying a car so beautiful. 😍 I honestly believe I've found a new family in Kia. I took my car in for service twice at Kia East Rand and on both occasions my service book was never signed. Muhammed is the agent that helped me with the 2 service his excuse was that maybe the Technician couldn't find the service book. When we leave our cars there we are instructed to leave the Service book on the fwd passenger seat, so how do you miss that. Again I was told my service book will be signed when I bring in the car for the next service, Friday 06/06 my car was booked for service then later when we fetched it we were told it was not Due. How the hell did the car program itself to say that it's now due. Disappointment is an understatement. Their service is very poor and disgusting. And the agent Muhammed that was supposed to sign the missed services was not even at work. So basically that Friday I just took my car in for a wash😣😣😣😣.
