I have been experiencing very unprofessional service and lack of from budget insurance with regards to my vehicle accident on the 20/01/2026. My vehicle was assessed the week of the accident and there is still no communication with regards to the status of the assessment outcome. There is constant issues with regards to misplacing the data for the quote of my claim , the vehicle needing reassessments for the past two weeks and now the quote not being updated on their system / being lost . I had to constantly call the insurance to get some communication in regards to what is happening with my claim , they have not initiated any update and now continue to delay the matter by saying an update will be given on Friday . This is highly inconveniencing as a customer to an insurance that is being paid to provide a service that they’re not providing . Do better budget insurance , this is unacceptable.
