Where do i even begin. Jaden Burt😁😁. Ever since ive owned a car and been to a car dealership I've never felt so welcomed. The way Jaden was so helpful and ensuring that I am able to get the car that I wanted. I was shopping around but still very sceptical to change my car but I knew it had to go. Big ups Kia Eastrand you really have good people there who value customers and make the experience of buying a car so beautiful. 😍 I honestly believe I've found a new family in Kia. Jaden and Shawnyiu guys are the best
I was assisted by Thembisile Sekete. She has patient, enthusiastic and lovely. I was moving my insurance from an older vehicle to a new one I recently got. I requested a service for them to deliver an official letter in the Vaal on the 15th February 2019. They collected and I made payment as it was discussed. Firstly the owner was not calling me he was communication via whatsapp which seemed strange for a reputable courier company. Even when the driver arrived to collect from me I was whatsapped and informed he was outside. No phone call to make the process seamless. This did not raise any eyebrows at first. Then when the driver got to the Vaal I was driving at this point on my way home from work. I get countless whatsapp messages from the owner who is telling me the phone of the recipient is off and the GPS is showing that the area mind you a residential area is dangerous. Fine this starts to worry me and i call the owner. He relays the story and when i ask if they called the recipient he said their phone was off. I then called the recipient and the phone rang and it was on. This means these guys lied and charged me for a non service delivery. I tried calling the owner back but at this point he ignored all my calls and whatsapp messages. On Monday morning on my way to work I called him and requested my letter back because they failed me and they robbed me. The service was disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to use their services. The owner was disrespectful and even put the phone down in my ear as i was telling him he lied to me and that they did not even make any effort to deliver this letter. This letter is important as it is from the lawyers and it was important for the delivery to be made on Friday
Telkom are crooks. I recently discovered that in November I was contacted and offered a contract of a wi-fi router as an upgrade from my previous contract. No invoices were sent until end of April and I discovered that I am paying for two contracts and I was not even aware. Last month in my shock I reversed the debit expecting them to call but instead they double debited me an amount of R977 which is my last money for transportation for the month. I need to understand how do they suppose I must live or even move around without money. And why double debit me. I tried contacting them and their agents are not useful because I wanted the recording of the November call and I was told ill need a court interdict for the manager to go through the recordings. I have two contract which both hardly ever have data I am always out of data on my router.
On the 16th of June we were mistreated and even sprayed with pepper spray due to their disorganised nature. My friends and I bought tickets worth R150 for the youth celebration even which was hosted there. We waited in a queue for over 4 hours and there was no order because there was not enough security. In the bounces way of controlling the crowds they sprayed us with pepper spray which felt like death to the chest. We obviously decided to leave as we could not stand to be treated like hooligans and people with no brains. We heard that at 9pm these guards at the gate they were turning people away with their tickets because it was too full. Why did the organisers sell tickets that could not hold the capacity of people. We were cheated of our money, disrespected and treated like animals. My friends and will never ever go to that place again. And this was my second experience of such treatment even on the 5th birthday celebration of Authentic Sundays it was the same. I thought this time would this time there would be more order. Those bouncers are the most disrespectful and arrogant bunch of people. The organisers should consider increasing security for future and have more control..
