I took my car in for service twice at Kia East Rand and on both occasions my service book was never signed. Muhammed is the agent that helped me with the 2 service his excuse was that maybe the Technician couldn't find the service book. When we leave our cars there we are instructed to leave the Service book on the fwd passenger seat, so how do you miss that. Again I was told my service book will be signed when I bring in the car for the next service, Friday 06/06 my car was booked for service then later when we fetched it we were told it was not Due. How the hell did the car program itself to say that it's now due. Disappointment is an understatement. Their service is very poor and disgusting. And the agent Muhammed that was supposed to sign the missed services was not even at work. So basically that Friday I just took my car in for a wash😣😣😣😣.
I bought a car on the 16th of March till today I never got the spare key, I'm even scared to drive it because who knows what will happen if I park it somewhere only to come back and find it gone. I've contacted the dealer quiet a few times. Everyday there's something new.
The quickest service I ever got. Thanks to Johan Cotzee, very efficient and he checks up on me on regular basis just to check if I'm happy with my new vehicle.
