Please becarful, I have purchased and paid for items from this company owner who I believe is Bradley Harvey and once they have your money they stone wall you, like many others it seems I have been scammed, Please don't support thier business.
So I bought a RC charger from Banggood which was around $160 or R3000, I had only had it a month and used it a couple of times at which point it broke with an internal electrical fault, fearing the worse I though I'd try banggood customer service and explained my issue. I was so surprise with in 24hrs I had a response and a offer for a full refund. It's this kind of service that will keep me using banggood. Just for the record, the charger is a well know brand and this kind of error is uncommon, but Banggood didn't hesitate to refund nad resolve me issue, in fact I was so confident there were going to, I had already order a replacement before they had even proposed a refund...... Well done bangood
<p>on the 6th May I left the country for 3 weeks, before leaving I have over R500 of airtime on my prepaid sim, before departing for Taipie I removed my MTN sim and inserted a Taiwan Mobile SIM, on return on the 26th of May and after langing in Durban I re-inserted my MTN sim into my phone, I immediatly tried to make a call and was met with you are out of fund message. How is it possiable that I use R500+ of airtime while my sim card is not even inserted into a phone ? Shocking !!!!!</p> <p> </p>
