Tyger Valley, Cape Town branch is in dire need of maintenance and repair, put put course is in very poor condition, whole facility needs a good coat of paint at the very least over the last 15 years this is the worst condition I've ever seen seen this premises.
I've contacted Mweb numerous times for the line speed doubling promotion everytime I'm promised by an agent they will assist me, everytime they transfer me to another department or put me on hold after waiting for 30mins twice in a row I've had enough... I would like to be assisted with the line speed free upgrade to double the line speed.. Kindly call me I will not be wasting another cent on airtime for MWEB to get their ducks in a row.. Line stability is shockingly bad when paired with Frogfoot when I asked MWEB to look into it they just make excuses..
I recently noticed that my EBUCKS balance had not changed in the last few months even though I regularly spend money on filling up with fuel at various petrol stations. I spoke to an Ebucks consultant this morning and was told there was an email sent out in July notifying me of these changes I have however never received such an email. Im very dissatisfied with the way FNB operates not to mention the lack of organization with call transfers to other departments where the phone calls are dropped or transferred to incorrect departments on numerous occasions.
Website does not work when trying to order groceries online, my smart shopping card won't link to my account in order for me to login to make purchases, I can see my cell phone number is linked to the smart shopper card yet I do not receive any sms's with OTP pin for me to proceed to make an order! This has not just happened to me but to my girlfriend aswell who is also unable to login with her smart shopper card and also does not receive sms's even though we have had the same cell phone numbers for 10+ years...
Lack of any notification on delay in shipping which had a 2-5day delivery period as I'm writing this review its the 8th day... Im unable to track my parcel on either of couriers websites and when contacting the Company I found out that my parcel was being delivered by another courier and was in a canceled state?? Yet I have paid and I'm still waiting for my purchase??!! I'm very disappointed with the lack of Information provided by Courier it and Uafrica who seem more interested blaming each other for the misplaced parcel rather than taking taking responsibility for their mistake and still im wondering if I'm ever going to receive my parcel!! I do not recommend these companies to anyone!!

Very unreliable banking app constantly glitchy I've now been blocked out of my own app that's uses my finger print as a password so I know I didn't put it in incorrectly.. When changing the password that's also a problem as it doesn't get recognised and have almost got my card swollen by the ATM as a result. When going into the bank for queries I'm directed to a telephone and can't even speak to a human being with which is the very reason I came into the bank in the first place... I'm leaving FNB as soon as I'm able..
