<p>Hi, </p> <p>Yello Data service has been deducting a lot of money from my account. At first I never complained because I thught I perhaps used that much. In May they deducted from my account twice. on 30th May they took R450.50 and on 31st May they took R401.50. When I called them, agent told she cannot see anything with payment related and I must submit the proof of my bank statement for me to get my money back. A process that take about 5 working days researching and 21 working days to get it back. I told them to cancel it and I still waiting for the SMS confirmation. I want my money back now.</p>
