<p>I travel frequently. So when I return, I have thousands of emails to get through which takes me a few days/weeks. I paid my normal R59.99 monthly account. Unknown to me their email showing their increase of R5.01 landed in my Junk mail. This I found out after I received a threatening email from them ... pay up to avoid suspension. After all was clarified and amount paid up and I confirmed same, they go and SUSPEND my account which includes various email addresses and my website. This is my business they playing with. Their threatening email did not stipulate a date of when account would be suspended. </p> <p>When I queried and told them account was fully paid, they tell me their system is fully automated and for as long as money doesnt show on their statement, account will be suspended.<br /><br />They have ZERO clue about customer service. I have never faltered a payment and they have the audacity to suspend my account for R5.01 that HAS been paid!<br /><br />Get your act together Host4Africa. Automation is NOT always the answer. You have lost touch with your client base.<br /><br />So yes I will be looking around</p>
