I have been hosting my website through this company for around 5 years now! They are ALWAYS ready to assist and have gone the extra mile on multiple occasions! I own a very small business yet they make me feel like I am 1 of their most important clients whenever I need advice! Customer service like this is very hard to come by nowadays!! I will highly recommend them! Apart from the great service, they are extremely affordable!

I really loved the service that i got, my tow domain was down due to my late payment, but in less than an hour with the help of the support team i was able to get my website back and well running. Thanks so much guys ✔️

Thank you for always helping me and being so kind. Thomas hope you had your coffee and will not dismiss my complaint again. Thanks to everyone for always helping out been here for years and received one bad day which was today with Thomas you are forgiven though lol.

This is a very poorly run setup. Their administrative systems are beyond shocking! The billed amounts quoted differ. After cancelling services years ago, I have been debited repeatedly (a common complaint in other reviews). I cannot get confirmation from them that the account has been closed (after paying an amount that should not have been billed) as they now require personal details as "verification". Although this was not required when cancelling another service. Customer service is a foreign concept. I cannot get confirmation either that my personal information will be removed from their systems. This is a very suspicious setup. You run significant risks by getting involved with this "business". It was very unwise for me to give them access to my bank account or any personal information. Clearly the premise for the 3 first-name-only individuals I can apparently only communicate with via email (they do not take or make telephone calls) is that the laws (POPI, NCA, or others) do not apply to them. This must now be remedied!

PLEASE DON'T USE HOST4AFRICA!!!! I cancelled their services over a year ago and still they deduct money from my account. One domain was cancelled over four years ago and during November they deducted an amount from my bank account. I wrote Emails and eventually found out that the money deducted was for this cancelled hosting. The only response is "cancel it again" but NO refund was offered! Once again, on 1 December they deducted another amount from my bank account. These people deduct money on cancelled services so PLEASE, do not use them at all. They will continue collecting money for cancelled services and never pay you back.

<p>07-08-2017 : HOST 4 AFRICA NOT RECOMMENDED !!!<br />I required the registration of a domain and the hosting of my website and therefore searched the internet for hosting service providers. I stumbled upon Host4Africa and filled their online application last Friday the 04th while depositing R200.00 in cash into their bank account. I waited several hours while nothing happened. Not even a payment confirmation. After inquiring the progress on my order, they denied receiving my money and ignored my proof of payment. I went to Standard bank the next day and they confirmed that this company indeed received my payment the previous day. After numerous calls to Host4Africa, they still denied receiving my payment and refused to process my order. I was forced to make use of another service provider late Saturday night the 05th and cancel my order with Host4Africa. Now it is a battle to get my money back from them as they denied me the contact details of Host4Africa's owner. They do not have a complaints department and their so called accounts department is only reachable by email. They don't even have a Facebook page that I am aware of. What is wrong with this people? Now I have to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. Be warned. I won't recommend this company at all !!!</p>

Unknown to me their email showing their increase of R5.01 landed in my Junk mail. This I found out after I received a threatening email from them ... pay up to avoid suspension. After all was clarified and amount paid up and I confirmed same, they go and SUSPEND my account which includes various email addresses and my website. This is my business they playing with. Their threatening email did not stipulate a date of when account would be suspended. </p> <p>When I queried and told them account was fully paid, they tell me their system is fully automated and for as long as money doesnt show on their statement, account will be suspended.</p> <p>They have ZERO clue about customer service. I have never faltered a payment and they have the audacity to suspend my account for R5.01 that HAS been paid!</p> <p>Get your act together Host4Africa. Automation is NOT always the answer. You have lost touch with your client base.</p> <p>So yes I will be looking around</p>
