My telephone number is *********XX. I have been in meetings. Please advise on how this will be resolved. Problem is with number ******XX I called yesterday and spent over 3 hours telephonically trying to remedy this matter after spending time at the Telkom new market and they could not resolve the issue. Said I should go to Hyper market and buy the voucher as I could not purchase the voucher from them. I needed to buy a voucher for R305.00 the same amount sent via a message received. I purchased a R400 voucher and could not use it. Says mobile network not available. I spoke to Sales Department 10213 Tumelo he said I should call 0800253263 spoke to Mntegosi who said I should call 08110210 spoke to Nontobeko who advised it is a airtime voucher and hang up. I called 081180 spoke to Paballo who said that the status on the flaa system says deactivated I should call sales on 10213 I spoke to Tsakane at sales again 10213 He said the system was down I must call in 45 minutes . I was furious as I had spend the entire day trying to resolve this with telkom to no joy. I requested a reference number he said they don’t issue reference numbers. I asked for a manager he responded they in meetings. I challenged that to no joy. All of a sudden his system was working as he stated that he will escalate this matter and see if they can or cannot help me. I again was upset as how do you inform a client that you will see if you can or cannot help them. You need to resolve this matter it is a R400 voucher on waya waya . We asked who he was escalating to he advised online01@telkom.co.za. Please listen to this call as it is rather shocking what we need to go through as clients. Pull up calls from my mobile ********* and listen to how bad telkoms service really is. He was unable to provide sla and ola I felt like I needed to beat it out of him! I called 081180 again out of desperation and was transferred to cellphone new sales Kaylene Moodley. You said I should call 10213 option 1 then option 3. Spoke to Tabita then stop diarising as this has become exhausting to keep up with. It is a vicious circle of being transferred from pillar to post with simply no joy. This complaint was sent to '10213@telkom.co.za'; 'online01@telkom.co.za' Numbers has been blocked for confidentiality.
I took my laptop in for the screen to be replaced. The tech had zero experience. Told me the screen will cost R4000.00 so I said okay go ahead strip the screen. He used a chisel to remove the bottom case which was not necessary as all these laptops are clips offs. Damaged the case. Then called to tell me that it will cost R4000.00 and maybe I should invest in buying a new laptop. I then asked him do you know how much my laptop is worth. He was silent, had no clue. It is sad to see Matrix Warehouse have such disrespect for peoples possessions not the first time I had my printer sent in and had to question whether it was mine when it was returned as there were scratch and dirt marks everywhere. They accepted that they damaged the case then gave me a ridiculous amount of over double the price to have the screen fixed. Apparently the new owner does not speak to customers as he is too busy according to the person who claims to be the manager. We have been using Matrix Alberton since they opened in Alberton in 2000 I think if not mistaken. New Owner you should get to know your customers as we most certainly will be taking our family business elsewhere. Oh maybe its wrong to say this as your staff could have just hidden this from you. Needless to say the service and employee people that do not know what they are dealing with on our hard earned expensive equipment is unacceptable.

I was totally taken away by the youngster that was carrying these mattress up and down. Even to check if it would fit in my vehicle. He did this hard labour with absolute pleasure and sincerity. I hope you get rewarded for you dedication young man. It is comforting to see youngster work so hard. Very happy with the service and to the young gentlemen that attitude will get you places.
