<p>I have contacted this company more than once. I have phoned them again, only to be told by Arnold that I am lying and I have never phoned him before, although he remembered exactly that we are from Walkerville. We had log cabins installed, and I wanted the doors. They have firstly told me that I have never phoned them for the doors, although my husband and myself have spoken to Arnold. I then spoke to Lee Ann, asking to resolve this door issue, if it was not included in the quote, she needs to get back to me to decide whether we going to order the doors and pay for it. I also wanted to order another two 6 x 6 m log cabins, but if you are telling me that I am lying, and cannot even bother to save the issue by calling back with a solution to the doors and quote......this Company will not see me again. STAY AWAY, TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE.</p>
<p>I have battled 6 months with this company. Shocking Emails and responses which can be provided. Emails where I had to fight, get rude, threaten them with the Police as the original invoice mentioned 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Two weeks ago they contacted me to ask if they can replace one of the pair of shoes as they cannot deliver this. I just wanted to put this behind me, and I received the shoes this afternoon.....with shock. they are stuck together with Genkem glue. I was so angry I posted a post on Facebook Media to share my experience with photos. 6 Months, receiving this, after being treated from day 1 by the Owner so badly and then he writes this to me:</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not once name any names, except the company which I wanted to warn people against:</p> <p> </p> <p>Jy kon ons gekontak het voordat jy ons brand oraloor gaan beswadder het.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wat.....om nog verbal abuse van jou te he?????? Vergeet dit, ek het jou 6 maande kans gegee.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maar gaan gerus voort. Verbal abuse? Jy het MY gedreig. En met die polisie gedreig. En jy was ongeskik met my. Maklik om al die skuld op ons te pak en dan ons brand te gaan beswadder.</p> <p> </p> <p>Glo vir my jy gaan dit nie aan nog een mens doen nie. Jou karma en slaansak......feite!!! Dis feite. En ek blok jou nou want ek praat nie verder met jou nie. Ek wou dit los maar na hierdie gemors wat jy gestuur het. Karma gaan jou slaan!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>En dit is nie EK wat die skoene ontwerp het waaroor jy kla nie. Dit is FRANELLA FOOTWEAR. Gaan voort om my in my persoonlike hoedanigheid te beswadder, en ek dagvaar jou vir naamskending. Jy het 7 dae kans om die produkte terug te stuur. Jy het nie. Jy verkies eerder om my as individueel op sosiale media te verkleineer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gaan voort......Jou naam is nerens genoem nie, maar lyk my jy kan nie lees nie. Ek gooi die skoene in die asblik.....maar mense gaan van julle produk hoor! Ek wil NIKS met jou weer te doen he nie. Nog 'n resensie op Hello Peter met AL die eposse gekopieer volg nou nou. En asb ek blok jou nou hier ook. Ek maak 'n saak van HARASSMENT oop teen jou. Mense sal weet dat hulle NOOIT by jou moet bestel nie. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a email then after asking them to stop sending me messages, that I should provide them with the case number. This company does not know how to treat clients, please read all reviews, and stay away!!!!! I have blocked them on email, calls, sms's. This company is just going on and on and on with their bad service, emails, provoking clients and does not stop - where do you tell a client things about SLAANSAK & KARMA???? How many complaints must there be on social media, Hello Peter before they start learning and seeing that they have SERIOUS work to do?????</p>
