22 September 2016 I ordered and paid R800.00 into Frank Botha's account for 4 pairs of sandals + delivery fee of R100. To date nothing has been received. I stopped phoning Franella Footwear as I could not handle the rudeness. If only I can get my R800.00 back.

I have ordered and paid for 2 x pairs of shoes on 4 September 2016 which to date is 16 months (very close to 17 months). When you follow up they either do not reply or only comment that they will look into the matter. They NEVER come back to you - so you have to follow up again. The co-owner Frank Botha has these bully tactics and makes it clear that you are entirely at fault for following up on an order. One email stated that the delivery would take place in March 2017. When I followed up they apparently had problems with their courier (obviously just an excuse as the delivery was not made to date). I then asked that they commit to a date of delivery and Frank Botha replied - 2017. So that has also proven not to be true. If you don't want to be scammed, lied to and then bullied for following up on an order that was paid for immediately - stay clear of Franella Footwear.

Was very exited to order 2 x pairs of "custom, hand made" shooes from Franella Footwear. Paid my fee as well accepted terms of 180 - yes that is right - 180 days for delivery. This was Dec 2016 already. My order is now standing on over 400 days outstanding. No refund - terms and conditions prohibited it - convinietlly they keep the customers money they only give you a voucher to purchase agian from them?? On following up on both my orders the following happened (yes I do have all the e-mails, delivery reports, whatts app messages, read notices): - no answers on my e-mails - no answers on my phone calls - if you get an answer it was , we've lost your order, I was in hospital, pls resend order as well as proof of payment we will redo the order the previous lady is not working here any longer - it takes long to make the shoes Then when you go to facebook you see just people raving about shoes that have been delivered - AFTER my order was placed??? Mind blowing!!! Now they providing to a vendor who needs to purchase before she can sell as per their terms and conditions - I really hope she gets her stock..... When you complain about poor / bad service you get blocked from their Face Book page Your e-mails get ignored The phone gets put down in your ears.... Pls think Twice before you purchase from them. I lost almost R1000!!!!!! Would really like to know what the next excuse will be why I had to wait so long for these 2 orders.......

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes at Franella Footwear December 2016 and after a lot of emails and correspondens I still have NO shoes. They sometimes answer my emails but it just states that they will let me know when the shoes will be sent... even that was months ago. Please help! I ordered this for my wedding, which is also almost a year ago. This service is actually laughable.

I placed and paid my order with Franella on 27 Sep 2017. I have been corresponding with Petro and Irma for more than a year about my delivery... and they just don't assist in any meaningful way. I started to message them on Facebook and they have now blocked me! Its just unbelievable... they brag about huge deliveries to shops but can't supply private clients.

after my wife order shoes and paid them shoes was promised before the April 2017 for a wedding , I then got in contact with them and frank the owner phoned me and told me there was an issue with the factory and that he will send the shoes to me personally,, today the 21/11/2017 still have not heard anything he blocked me on whatapp and when trying to phone him the number does not expect.

Be very careful, and trust the bad reviews! It is worst than you can imagine. I thought I'll be one of the lucky ones to get good service..guess not. I won't go in to too many details, but will supply more info if required. I still have all the emails also. I placed my order Desember 2016. 11 months later, still no shoes. Numerous emails sent out to them with no response. In the meantime I can see how they still advertising on FB. On fb they gave an email for complaints..still no response. In my last email I stated that it is starting to feel as if my money has been stollen (money paid for goods not received for almost a year? What happened to my money then?). So for the first time in months I heared back from them today, telling me that they're going to put their 'very good' lawyers on me, because I'm implaying that they stole my money. So instead of answering an inquiry, or coming up with a solution, you get threatened by them. To think, all that I wanted to do was to support their business.
