Stay away , no fibre for 5 days and they waist time in sending a technician just to escalate to the next level , cant run a business like this , best of all vodacom signal is also only 3g at the moment , can even use my cell to connect to internet,
They do not care if they put extra stress on a patient all they care if a patient have the fund to pay after many time we said we will pay if the medical aid does not cover the “consumables “ this is before the test and did not even send the forms to the medical aid, putting extra stress on my wife, the reception personal should go for some client interaction courses
the router has been replaced twice and still issues with the Router 1st router 2 months after the newly installed line 2nd November 2020 and the router is starting to give issues after lots of technicians, Vodacom could not find fault with LIne and told me the router is again faulty and need replacement VODACOM blame Nokia and Nokia Blames Vodacom and now Vodacom will charge me for replacing the 2nd hand faulty router as they said router out of warranty and cant even proof it , the router is not even 11 months old and no one has even proof on how old the router is (HIDING THE FACT THAT IS WAS AN OLD ROUTER ) be aware
LAW ON CALL I had an issue with my employer with regards to contracts .. I phoned the LOC and talked to the adviser that asked me to send the Document for them to check ... I email the information, and no one even came back .... I am resending each day now to make sure they receive this ..... WAT IF I WAT STANDING NEXT TO A ROAD OR IN COURT WITH AN ISSUE why is something this urgent taking this long ... I will advise not to take this policy ....
I asked for an Itemized billing report that I need to pay money for each number, not only that I need to pay so I can see what number phones me (VAS - Caller Identity Subscription) ?????? WHAT SORT OF A APRIL FOOLS JOKE IS Vodacom ..... I can just as well cancel my R4000K contract get prepared on a different provider and get all this stuff free of charge... they care for Money, not the loyal customer --- turning in to a real TELKOM .... well done
I have been having issues with my Vodacom fibre the router is not working the wifi is not connecting and the router restarts. I am phoning every day and opened lots of SR and they just close them without responding to the latest SR (number 8 ) is SR200819-601026. every time I call they tell me that is working on it, SO ARE THEY BUILDING A NEW ROUTER ????? the router needs replacing.the last time I had this bad service was with TELKOM ADSL
after my wife order shoes and paid them shoes was promised before the April 2017 for a wedding , I then got in contact with them and frank the owner phoned me and told me there was an issue with the factory and that he will send the shoes to me personally,, today the 21/11/2017 still have not heard anything he blocked me on whatapp and when trying to phone him the number does not expect.
after showing my loyalty of 10 years to a medical aid they showed me theirs by putting me on a waiting period of 3 months because I had to cancel my aid well I will not recommend discovery. I was 120 day without medical aid. Thank you to fed health your company slogan makes it worth it
I have never seen this in my life first i wait 3months for a windscreen from FORD now the screen is fitted with a error .then take the Car to Casseys in Springs after it was arranged by Glassfit now Casseys tell me they need more time and i need to take the Car back to them next week they can't help me now WHY THE F123 DID I BRING MY CAR TODAY CASSEYS WHEN YOU TOLD ME TO ???
