Was very exited to order 2 x pairs of "custom, hand made" shooes from Franella Footwear. Paid my fee as well accepted terms of 180 - yes that is right - 180 days for delivery. This was Dec 2016 already. My order is now standing on over 400 days outstanding. No refund - terms and conditions prohibited it - convinietlly they keep the customers money they only give you a voucher to purchase agian from them?? On following up on both my orders the following happened (yes I do have all the e-mails, delivery reports, whatts app messages, read notices): - no answers on my e-mails - no answers on my phone calls - if you get an answer it was , we've lost your order, I was in hospital, pls resend order as well as proof of payment we will redo the order the previous lady is not working here any longer - it takes long to make the shoes Then when you go to facebook you see just people raving about shoes that have been delivered - AFTER my order was placed??? Mind blowing!!! Now they providing to a vendor who needs to purchase before she can sell as per their terms and conditions - I really hope she gets her stock..... When you complain about poor / bad service you get blocked from their Face Book page Your e-mails get ignored The phone gets put down in your ears.... Pls think Twice before you purchase from them. I lost almost R1000!!!!!! Would really like to know what the next excuse will be why I had to wait so long for these 2 orders.......
