Superior service recieved from Pineapple Insurance when moving my cover over to them. Quick response in email and whats app and excellent service received from Nqobile on the phone. She also followed up on my query to ensure my issue on my policy documentation was resolved.

Dawn Wing Couriers are unreliable
Waiting for an order (package) that was supposed to be delivered by Dawn Wing. Their driver blatantly lied by claiming he was at my premises (residential) and that I was "closed for stocktake" and hence could not perform the delivery. Customer service promises call backs, but that never happens. Their drivers don't call when their out for delivery. I have CCTV footage for the whole day where I can prove they weren't at my premises. Dawn Wing courier service is abhorrent, don't use them. Worst customer experience ever. I am still waiting for my delivery 4 days later.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT OF R398
<p>I have just been debited R398 for something called 3M? Who has a debit order running in the 7th of the month? I cannot find any contact details to query the amount.
