Worst service ever.

More than a year ago i went to the hospital suffering from Migraines. The doctor booked a ct scan, went to the first hospital only to be told the doctor booked the wrong hospital. After how many phonecalls the same day went back to Germiston Hospital, sat there for hours, went to see another doctor, was sent to radiology where a white assistant took my documents and booked another appointment for a ct scan on the 19th October 2025. A year later. I asked her the same day a year ago if the date was correct and she told me yes. Arrived this morning at far east rand hospital, opened a file paid R155. Went and sat at radiology only to be called and told that they are not open over weekends. Germiston hospital, the doctors and the radiology departmemt really dont care about messing pepole around. The worst service ever. I tore up the documents, threw it in the dustbin and left. I am done with trying to figure out what is causing my migraines constantly. I will never fo back to Germiston hospital. They give different medication everytime, which causes more side effects after i gave them all the info of what i am suffereing feom. Guess that is the service you get in SA when you can not afford medical aid..
