I am still waiting for confirmation of my business insurance cancellation from Budget. I hope there won't be any debit order coming off of my account.
I am very disappointed in Mancosa. I wanted to de-register due to personal reasons, but the email provided for cancellations is returning unsent. I did this on the 12th od December. I proceeded to try another email; study@mancosa..... that email went thru but no response. not to even say call us or try this new email address. Someone suggested I try to de-register online under 'Registrations' but again there is no option to de-register. Can Mancosa resolve this issue please and refund me my registration money!!

I am a new client with budget business insurance. I cannot believe the poor service I am getting from this people. My December debit order was debited twice. When I complained they said I can go to the bank and reverse one of debit orders. I did that and know they are saying I disputed the debit order and I am not covered. How is that possible when I disputed only one of the two debit orders? I ho debits a client’s account twice without their consent? I have comp**** with all their requirements I.e proof of tracker and inspection. Do better Budget, this is so unprofessional
Frustrating Experience with Old Mutual Call Centre - Poor Customer Service I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Old Mutual's customer care. I asked Old Mutual to stop my debit order because I won't be able to keep up with the payments for my investment account. They then asked for my statement and id number, which i provided. To date I have not received any confirmation letter that my request has been actioned. What kind of service is this?
Unjustified Debit After Account Settlement I am extremely disappointed with Toyota Financial Services. Despite trading in my vehicle and the dealership confirming that my account was settled in full, Toyota Financing still proceeded to deduct a monthly installment from my bank account. This is completely unacceptable. The account was closed, the vehicle was handed over, and the settlement was processed — yet I am now out of pocket due to a debit that should never have been deducted

I booked a ticket for a friend via bus bud. I got a call from vaya africa to say that their services are not working. This is the bus operator that busbud booked my friend on. My question is why is busbud still having these services open. Is it to **** people. I emailed them to ask for my refund and I am still waiting. This is appalling. Hello Peter please advise the best way to deal with a matter like this. I don't even know where these people's offices are. They don't even have a number you can call them on. Is this an interpol case or what.
I have a company by the name of Shopify who are busy debiting my Capitec account without permission. I reported the matter to Capitec, and I was told that I must stop my card which I did. Now the same company is back debiting my account again. I told Capitec and now they want me to close the new card. How is it that they can't stop the company from accessing my account. Their solution is only to stop the card and get a new one?! Wow! I will keep doing this until when! The unauthorized debiting was supposed to stop with the old card.
I have the most awful experience with this shops online store. I placed an order on the 02 December 2024. The status on my order still says processing. Their website promises 2 to 5 days delivery but I am now sitting on 4 days and no delivery. I have made numerous follow ups on their social media pages and email, I tried calling their 1 store number and all go unanswered. I have no way of getting hold of them and they do not bother communicating any changes. They are quick to take the money but ridiculous on providing a proper and efficient service. This shop is very poorly managed. I would like a refund so I can buy elsewhere.
