D Ambrosio not to be trusted as a supposed Master Builder in Table View area
D Ambrosio Developers masquerades as a Master Builder but hidden are shortcuts. Example electrical connections done the cheapest option amongst other issues. He unfortunately has got himself involved as a trustee approving 37% then 15% electricity tarrifs in collaboration with Azure properties who has connections with Ideal Prepaid to organise specially high increases. A loophole. Then sa hole that develops in the driveway 3 times and he can't fix the issue. Then leaves the hole with no ribbon causing a danger to the public.

Avoid like a plague. Collaboration especially with Azure properties. Increase of 37% last year and 15% this year. No rules or integrity jnvolved. Besides the increase. 0.48 kW is deducted or rounded off when buying R100 as opposed to R50. Forcing one yo then only buy R50 at any one time. Found a loophole in electricity tarrifs but with water tarrifs against the by-laws to charge more than the rate and the admin charge

Pesco certificates of compliance out for extra charges
Have to warn. Pesco who does plumbing electrical and gas certificates of compliance charge a R600 inspection fee on top of the advertised price. The inspection fee is charged in spite of using the certificate. The plug socket was 200mm from the gas top but was moved further away anyway at a cost. Was afraid of Inspecto but got much of the same even worse. The plumber mentioned copper piping down to the floor. Flat only 3 years old. Beware. Avoid

Pesco charge inpection fees xtra and alterations for COC's
Beware - Pesco charge extra for alterations including an inspection fee of R600 in spite of quote accepted. Extra charged as well for alterations for certificates of compliance. Electricity plumbing and gas all extrs charged.

Nedbank fails to deliver Credit Card in time twice now
Disappointed with Nedbank twice now ordering a Credit Card. Couriers failed to deliver in time both times. Take R213 off as a fee immediately but there is no card in sight. Still waiting.

Doodles restaurant prices increased dramatically in short space of time-a rip-off
In a few months the price of a Platter for one went up twice with big amounts one after the one. First R239 then R269 and now R295. One piece of fish a few prawns mussels no calamari. Become a rip-off. Was quite a regular there. Even had the upscale platter for one for well over R300 plus. Unfortunately possibly need a new supplier or could be greed. Who knows

Still no refund or communication after replying to former hellopeter review
Follow up on Innovation response. Non-existent. False promises to respond in 48 hrs after teply to my former review from Innovation. System or gateway not upgraded in last 10 years. Been through the mills will them with 7 cars I bought. Extended warranties with them for the extra 5 years after Toyota warranty of 3 years runs out is not worth it especially if you sell your car before the 3 years. You will wait for a refund as long as the Deeds Office can possibly take when you sell your house. Believe me. Talking from experience. Not worth the stress dealing with them. Rather take the chance that all goes well with your car.

Innovation Group delays in refunds of extended mechanical warranty when selling within 3 years
After buying 7 cars and getting extended mechanical warranties from Innovation to come into effect after the Toyota 3 yr warranty and experiencing delays in refunds - like 6 weeks or more with no communication unless pushed. My recommendation is not to take the extended warranty if you think you could sell the car within the 3 year Toyota warranty.

Uber charges add on R50 odd to charge advertised on App
I am here to try help others not go through what I go through. Uber says R174 - Table View to CT International Airport. One gets charged R226 - another one from exact same Complex at the same time R217. Ultimately guess how much I paid R226. ******* - my suggestion - just be honest with payments. Honesty I'm business is Always and Always the best policy. Don't worry Uber so brilliant they won't see this review but doesn't fool me. Ride your bike rather if you can. I did it. Fold up bike-take it wherever you go

Trickle of refund for drinks minus port fees - lost 100 percent for cancellation
Follow up on Msccruises. The rot has continued. On cancelling a cruise from Durban the port fees were withheld. My view don't give your hard earned money to Msc cruises. You won't get it back at all basically what happened to me or in trickle. Because the HQ is in Geneva they think they are above the law. Be warned. There are Norwegian and Italian cruises which are half the price but longer cruises with basically 5 star service not 3 star like Msc. Believe me it's the truth. My 6th cruise which I cancellec and my last.
