<p>I would like to take this chance and advise the store in centurion mall that their service is horrible. We purchased a co2 pistol and within the first month we experienced difficulties. We took it back and was told that it will take 4-6weeks. They sent the pistol to a company that does not repair the units anymore and had to resend it. The agents in store was not at all helpfull in locating the unit or to even provide feedback after contacting the store several times requesting for feedback. All we were told is that they cannot find it we need to come in. We went to the store on 16th June over 2 months later and we were told that we need to pay for the service and the courier fees and its not their problem that they had to courier the unit. But the unt has a warranty does it not ??And was told " why did we not courier the unit ourselves if we have an issue then"!! I then asked the gentleman if we pay the courier fee and the gun seezes again i would like a full refund as per the CPA act in terms of "are of good quality, free of defects and in good working order, and<br />will be durable and usable for a reasonable period of time" And he replied to say "you will not get a refund as its past 7days". I am not sure if they realize what the CPA act indicates In terms of section 55 and section 56 in connection to goods purchased?!!I would like to receive an email from the manager or owner in regards to this level of service. </p> <p>Email address : ********** <p>The unit we booked in is a cz 75 co2 powered pistol. </p>
