<p>Next field sales agents are not polite and they are unaware of what is the status of their clients repairs and or propduct in formation for products in store. We bought a C02 hand pistol and within a month we returned the pistol due to the pistol seezing and is faulty. The agent advised that they need to send this unit away and would take 3-6 weeks. On week 5 they contact us stating that the Company that they sent this to does not repair these pistols anymore (Very strange that they did not know this) they then said that they need to send this to another company for the repairs. After another weeks we have not received any call on the status of this unit and we decided to contact the store outselves. They then advised that they have pistols in stock back from repairs but they are not sure which is which, and we will need to come to the store to make sure . We arived and the gentle man advised that we need to pay for the "service" of the pistol and we refused they also advised that we need to pay for the courier fees and if we have a problem with this then we should have sent it ourselves. What the audacity they have. After an argument i decided that we will pay for the courier fees but if the goods are still defective we will terun it and request a refund. The gentleman the got disrespectfull and started saying we will not receive a refund and we will nopt get a replacement etc. According to the CPA in section 55 and section 56 in terms of the consumer purchasing goods that are defective we have the right to a refund and or replacment and the repairs should be conducted on the stores/owners cost and not the consumer. I am requesting that the Manager/Owner of the Next Field Branch in Centuion Mall contact me as the pistol is still not fixed and now leaks gas. I want a comercial replacement as per my right or i will take matters further. This pistol is still within 6months from day of purchase.</p> <p> </p>

<p>I would like to take this chance and advise the store in centurion mall that their service is horrible. We purchased a co2 pistol and within the first month we experienced difficulties. We took it back and was told that it will take 4-6weeks. They sent the pistol to a company that does not repair the units anymore and had to resend it. The agents in store was not at all helpfull in locating the unit or to even provide feedback after contacting the store several times requesting for feedback. All we were told is that they cannot find it we need to come in. We went to the store on 16th June over 2 months later and we were told that we need to pay for the service and the courier fees and its not their problem that they had to courier the unit. But the unt has a warranty does it not ??And was told " why did we not courier the unit ourselves if we have an issue then"!! I then asked the gentleman if we pay the courier fee and the gun seezes again i would like a full refund as per the CPA act in terms of "are of good quality, free of defects and in good working order, and<br />will be durable and usable for a reasonable period of time" And he replied to say "you will not get a refund as its past 7days". I am not sure if they realize what the CPA act indicates In terms of section 55 and section 56 in connection to goods purchased?!!I would like to receive an email from the manager or owner in regards to this level of service. </p> <p>Email address : ********** <p>The unit we booked in is a cz 75 co2 powered pistol. </p>

i gave my hatsan pump in for repair and estelle said it will take 6 to 8 weeks but its going for 11 weeks and i still dont have my pump every time i call them they have excuses the first time they said that the shipment is late , the second time was 9 weeks after i gave my pump in they said that my pump will be here that friday but i got nothing , the third time was 10 weeks after i gave in my pump the maneger said i will get it on monday the latest but i did not recieve my hand pump and i called them monday and they said i will get my pump this week and i am still waiting to get my hand pump
