Refund | Ignorance

I have been asking for my refund for more than 2 days and yet the guy by the name of Moses keeps on telling me that it will be processed but yet is not happening... I keep on contacting him on the number but he ignores my calls and does not respond to my WhatsApp. Can someone please contact me and get my money refunded immediately as when I paid the money I didn’t have any hustles I paid in peace so I expect the refund to be quick and easy. I want my money as in like yesterday. If this is how you deal with customers... then u must be ready.
